Jesús García is from Casares (Málaga) where he started out on his professional career in tourism, helding a variety of management positions for a few years. At the end of 1999, he decided to seek out new professional adventures in London.
There, he worked at the Hotel Hilton Park Lane. Just one year later, a job offer from a booming property sector presented a possibility of returning home and continuing to nurture his professional development close to his loved ones.
Later he decided to open his own real estate agency in Estepona. The agency has specialised in selling luxury properties and homes since 2002, and managing and selling land to developers, mainly in the area around Casares and Estepona. In 2014 he opened his second office, this time in Puerto Banús.

After several years working under two different brands specialising in selling luxury homes, Inmo Andalucía in Estepona and Banus Property in Puerto Banus, in 2021 he unified the two brands and started managing all his property business from his office in Playas del Duque (Puerto Banús) under the trademark Banus Property, while still working with the same product and area profile.
His lifelong learning, the professionalism of his team and their reputation with their clients have meant that more than 70% of his business comes from client references and recommendations.

In his desire to continue making the services of his company even more professional, in 2020 he opened a second office in Playas del Duque - Puerto Banús and created the trademark Banus Rentals (holiday rentals with a portfolio of more than 25 services), focusing on covering all the needs of companies and individuals who want to profit from their properties and investments in Puerto Banús and Estepona. Banus Rentals is the ideal complement to the Banus Property investment department.
